What happens between now and your cut?
Your barber has the appointment blocked out for the full service length, so the consultation, the cut and the finish all fit inside the time you picked. The shop emails you the address and directions. Arrive about five minutes early, come with your hair the way you normally wear it, and bring a photo if you have one in mind. Nothing is charged until you are in the chair, and the shop takes payment there on the day.
If something changes at your end, call (604) 446-3781 with your reference and the desk moves you to another slot. An appointment released early goes to someone waiting for the same day, so an early call helps more than a late one. The shop calls the number on your booking if anything changes at its end.
