Questions clients ask
Do I need to book ahead, or do you take walk-ins?
Book ahead. The chairs run on appointments and weekend slots fill first. If a chair opens up between bookings we take walk-ins, so a weekday visit is worth a try.
How long does a haircut take?
Plan for 45 minutes. That covers the consultation, the cut and the finish. Combinations with beard work run closer to 75 minutes.
Where in Surrey is the shop?
We serve clients from across Surrey, BC. Your booking confirmation carries the exact address and directions to the door.
Can I keep the same barber for every visit?
Yes. Name your barber when you book and they keep your file. The cut gets more consistent with each visit because your barber already knows how the last one grew out.
What if I can't describe the cut I want?
Bring a photo, or bring nothing. Your barber starts with questions about your hair, your routine and how the last cut grew out, then agrees the shape with you before the clippers come out.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Kids 12 and under book their own service with a calmer pace and shorter chair time, and a parent stays within arm's reach.
Can I book beard work without a haircut?
You can. The Beard service stands on its own: hot towel, shape and razor edges to finish.
